General terms and conditions

TrollDungeon is not recommended for people with epilepsy, heart/lung problems, that are claustrophobic or pregnant. Entrance to the activity is not permitted if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We do not offer ticket refunds in general but can validate your ticket for a new date or time slot if you contact us no later than the day before arrival.

You need to leave your personal belongings at the reception before entering the activity. We will keep your belongings safe. It is not allowed to bring mobile phones, cameras, smart watches, or other recording equipment into the dungeon. We also have video surveillance for your own safety.

Privacy statement

The privacy policy is about how TrollDungeon collects your information when you book tickets on our website.
When you book tickets via our website or by email, you will be asked to register personal information like name, email, telephone, and any other information that may follow our dialogue. This is information necessary for us, to fulfill the agreement we have with you.
This website does not have cookies, so our website cannot recognize your computer or mobile phone. Everyone who asks is entitled to basic information about what information we collect and how we process it in our booking system.
